Book It!

You might think I was working towards a free, personal pan pizza with all of the books I have been reading lately.

I am loving it. I have had my nose in one book or another since school was done a few weeks ago. My trip to see Jim's family in Florida was great -- I read four books and hopefully didn't come across as antisocial!

I'm usually all about the self-help books, but my list also includes many fiction books. Take a look at my growing list on the side of my blog. My goal this year was to read 12 books. I think I am going to make it!

If you are ever looking for just laugh out loud, non-educatoinal readying, Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels are great. You need to read them in order (the first one is ONE FOR THE MONEY) and there are 12 in the series. YOu can read them in a couple of days. I really do laught out loud when I read them.

No way can you limit yourself to ONLY 12 books for this year!! Not at the rate you read, that is. And I agree with Linda. The Stephanie Plum books are a hoot!!

If you haven't already devoured it, The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger is a fantastic read. I read it this weekend - I was actually happy my flight to Chicago was delayed. :-) I also happen to be an Evanovich fan - and definitely read them in order. Good fun!!
